Saint Nicholas was a virtuous man who was known for his charity and philanthropic spirit. He lived in the fourth century and is best remembered for leaving bags of gold on the doorsteps of the poor.
Saint Nicholas' Feast Day, December 6th, is observed as a children's holiday in many countries throughout the world and celebrates the human kindness that helps build every community.
As the season of giving approaches, PBP Fitness, is partnering with Volunteer San Diego to help thousands of children around San Diego learn, not only the spirit of kindness, but also, as PBP Fitness believes, the power of self-confidence and self-worth.
